Employer’s Contribution Report (ECR)

The ECR forms are generally mailed during the first week of each month to the address we have on file. Information contained on the reporting forms are based on dispatches and Wage and Fringe Benefit schedules received from UA Local 342. Click here for a sample ECR.

Payment of Contributions

As a reminder, reports and contributions are due and payable at the bank by the 15th of the month following the work month and are delinquent if not received at the bank by the 22nd (this is based on receipt date, NOT postmark date). Failure to report timely will result in the assessment of Liquidated Damages and Interest Charges.
